JobOverview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Lead Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for onboarding new Trust accounts and supporting a team during the first months of a new relationship. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities- Implement a consistent communication and follow‑up plan with Advisor Teams and end clients throughout the onboarding process
- Prepare, distribute, and track all forms and related documentation associated with new accounts
- Perform AML screening activities in connection with new client onboarding
- Open new client accounts on the PTC trust accounting system
- Open new client accounts on the LPL brokerage system
- Perform reconciliations of trust assets upon funding
- Track onboarding processes, communications, and completion of all associated workflows
- Coordinate the establishment of online client access for new and existing relationships
- Work closely with prior custodians and trustees to facilitate transfer of information, documentation, and assets
- Monitor accounts from acceptance through funding, escalating issues as necessary
- Mentor onboarding analysts
- Interact with clients and client service providers
- Handle client requests
- Prepare management reports and spreadsheets
- Execute ad hoc projects

Requirements- 2 to 3 years of experience in an onboarding role in the trust, legal, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields
- Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Detail-oriented, self‑starter with excellent customer service, communication, and follow‑up skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
$20.16–$33.59 per hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
