• Manage preparation of diverse individual, corporate, and entity tax returns
• Conduct sophisticated tax research for complex client situations
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to associates on your team
• Develop talent by coaching associates to reach their career goals
• Participate in business development activities and generate new client opportunities
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce other firm specialists to clients
• Make a meaningful impact in the community

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA license required (MST a plus)
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Passion for developing unique business solutions in a team environment

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
• Performance bonus: 3-10%
• 3+ weeks PTO
