We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager for our Personal Tax Advisory Group in one of our Northeast, Ohio offices:
Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster. The Tax Senior Manager is a personal tax specialist and advisor who is responsible for managing client relationships and tax engagements for high net worth individuals and business owners.

The Tax Senior Manager will be highly experienced in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning. Experience in the area of International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is highly desired. The individual will be highly motivated and organized, and able to manage multiple client engagements at one time.

Responsibilities include managing engagements and client relationships, taking responsibility to assure timely completion of client deliverables and supervising managers and senior staff. The Tax Senior Manager assumes increased responsibility to handle larger and more complex client assignments in the Individual Tax specialty area.

• CPA certification
• Minimum 10 years’ related experience; advanced degree preferred
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor teams
• Timely client service and responsiveness to client expectations
• Working knowledge of flow-through entity taxation rules
• Experience in tax research
• Engagement in business development activities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of tax preparation and tax planning software as well as Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is preferred
