Senior Wealth Manager

Reporting to the Regional Market Leader, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive wealth strategies and build long‑term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, including tax and estate planning, investment management, and asset allocation, and will provide exceptional service while managing your own book of clients.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
- Manage client relationships, anticipate needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure portfolios remain aligned with financial goals.
- Collaborate with investment teams to meet clients’ financial goals and leverage the full suite of Lido Advisors’ services.
- Collaborate with client‑service teams to onboard new clients and manage existing relationships.
- Direct investment deployments for new client allocations and manage portfolio rebalances.
- Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance and adjust strategies.
- Drive business growth by proactively seeking opportunities to increase client wallet share.
- Maintain and track all prospect and client engagement in the firm’s CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and assist in converting them into clients.
- Build and cultivate a referral network to expand business development opportunities.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Lido Advisors’ products and services and ensure adherence to allocation policies and best practices.
- Proven success in client acquisition and retention with a client‑first mentality.
- Expertise in wealth management and investment strategies, including alternative investments.
- Client‑centric approach with a passion for delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Financial planning and critical thinking skills to assess needs and provide clear recommendations.
- Independent, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, adhering to ethical guidelines and firm policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management or a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Series 65 or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of current IAR registration preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.
