Role Description

This is a full-time (or part-time for the right candidate) remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Greater Cleveland. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial needs, analyzing credit and income documentation, and advising on suitable loan programs. Responsibilities also include preparing loan applications, building relationships with clients and partners, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards while providing excellent customer service throughout.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Mortgage Lending Processes, Loan Origination, and related guidelines
• Financial Analysis and Credit Evaluation skills
• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Standards
• Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for processing mortgage applications
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related role is preferred
