Retirement Planner​/Financial Advisor

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced financial retirement planner for our Greater Cleveland locations (including Independence, Sheffield Village, Pepper Pike, and Akron). We understand the challenges of breaking into the financial industry and support our team by providing all client leads through TV, radio, seminars, and digital channels.

• Salary: Retirement Planner – $150,000, increasing to $175,000 in Year 2 (2–4 years of client‑selling experience). Senior Retirement Planner – $175,000, increasing to $200,000 in Year 2 (5+ years of client‑selling experience). Salaries are ongoing, include uncapped production, and bonus compensation.

• Leads & Support: All pre‑qualified leads are provided; no need to build a book of business.

• Convert delivered leads into new client accounts.
• Provide excellent service to existing clients.
• Demonstrate commitment to our sales systems, training, and innovative approach to financial services.

• Three (3) years or more of new client meeting experience.
• State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 65 registration or equivalent.
• GRIT: accountability, ownership, problem‑solving, and toughness.
