• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the division.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Experience in a multi-division or manufacturing environment a plus.
