As a key contributor to the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Treasury strategy for the company. Responsibilities include monitoring, forecasting, and moving cash on a daily and weekly basis to ensure working capital maximization.

  Education Required:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and/or Certified Treasury Professional highly preferred
• Experience and Training
  
  Required:
  
  Over five years of experience in treasury management, with a proven track record of success and demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Other Skills, Competencies and
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Maintains a high degree of confidentiality regarding financial matters
• Strong analytical skills, hands‑on problem‑solving abilities, and experience with accounting/treasury management software (e.g., Lawson, Remitra) and accounting principles (GAAP)
• Works cooperatively and effectively with management and teammates in a financial advisory capacity
• Strong experience in developing and reviewing Microsoft Excel‑based financial models
• Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self‑respect and dignity
• Accountable for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy
• Level of Physical Demands:
  Sedentary – Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

$80.17/hr – $120.26/hr (base salary exclusive of bonuses or differentials). Many factors, including years of experience and geographic location, are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
