Base pay range: $131,750 – $200,000 per year

We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Valuation Senior Manager or Director to join our growing valuation practice. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact engagements, including transaction‑related valuations, litigation support, and estate and gift planning valuations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and lead sophisticated valuation projects that inform critical business and legal decisions.
- Deliver high‑quality financial analysis and valuation reports.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of our valuation service line.
- Collaborate with a diverse client base and a team of professionals.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and valuation reports.
- Education and Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; ABV, ASA, CFA, or CVA designation required.
- Experience: 10+ years of financial valuation or related financial experience, including transaction‑related valuations, litigation support, and estate & gift planning. Demonstrated business development success with an existing referral network.
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced financial modeling and report‑writing skills; strong knowledge of private capital markets and M&A. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Litigation Support Expertise: Skilled in economic damage analysis, reviewing legal documents, preparing and presenting findings, and testifying as needed.
- Professional
Skills:
Excellent analytical, research, communication. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. - Personal Attributes: Highly organized self‑starter with strong planning skills and the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
- Interpersonal & Business Development: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, peers, and leadership. Demonstrated ability to network, market, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $131,750 and $200,000 and may include discretionary year‑end bonuses.
