We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager for our Personal Tax Advisory Group in one of our Northeast Ohio offices:
Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster.
The Tax Senior Manager is a personal tax specialist and advisor who manages client relationships and tax engagements for high net worth individuals and business owners. The role demands advanced knowledge of individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning, with international tax planning and compliance for individuals highly desired. The candidate must be highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
The Tax Senior Manager assumes increased responsibility to handle larger and more complex client assignments in the Individual Tax specialty area, supervising managers and senior staff and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Have CPA.
- Minimum 10 years related experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor teams.
- Timely client service and responsiveness to client expectations.
- Working knowledge of flow-through entity taxation rules.
- Experience in tax research.
- Engaged in business development activities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of tax preparation and planning software as well as Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating systems.
- Experience in International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $130,000 and $170,000. Additionally, we offer discretionary year‑end bonuses to supplement your compensation package. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes your choice of medical programs, generous PTO and holidays, 401k matching, profit sharing, various perks, and several bonus opportunities.
