Position Title: Relationship Advisor 3 - Retirement Services Group
Business Unit: WM - FNTC
Reports to: Director of Retirement Services
Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing the highest quality service to personal, corporate, non‑profit, or government clients. The incumbent manages investment management relationships, serves as the client advocate, performs relationship and investment reviews, and interfaces with clients for other Wealth Management services. The role is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for overall client experience, satisfaction, and retention.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Prepares and presents group and individual employee education meetings.
- Provides retirement industry expertise to the plan committee and participants.
- Identifies and matches client and participant needs with the corporation's lines of business services.
- Coordinates overall service and interfaces with record keepers and third‑party administrators.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with portfolio managers and provides investment oversight and guidance.
- Proactively seeks opportunities through enhancement of current accounts or acquisition of new clients.
- Stays current on regulatory changes, identifies impacts on assigned accounts, and reports changes to the manager.
- Adopts and practices the firm’s leadership doctrine and best‑practice coaching guidelines.
- Performs related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serves as a risk manager, understanding, reporting, and responding to risks per the firm’s program.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
BA or BS

- Experience in financial services and investment products; knowledge of ERISA laws and application
ASPPA, AIF, NIPA, or other industry‑appropriate certification
Physical Requirements or Work Conditions Beyond Traditional Office WorkFrequent driving (car, van, truck)
