This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, OH for an Experienced Loan Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, offering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include evaluating loan applications, underwriting loans, assisting clients with their financial needs, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial success for clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as NMLS licensure or equivalent is advantageous
- Expertise in Loan Origination and underwriting practices
- Strong knowledge of finance and lending processes
- Proven experience in Customer Service and relationship management
- Professional background as Loan Officer with demonstrated success in meeting goals
- Ability to provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications such as NMLS licensure or equivalent is advantageous
