Urban Technician (Part Time)
Organization: Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District
Location: 3311 Perkins Ave., Suite 100, Cleveland, OH 44114 (includes field work throughout Cuyahoga County, limited remote work flexibility)
Reports to: Deputy Director, Stormwater/Natural Resource Programs
Working Hours: 24-32 hours/week (approx. 3–4 days/week)
Compensation: $18.00‑$20.00 per hour; commensurate with experience. Full benefits available to eligible employees working 30 hours or more per week (healthcare benefits through Cuyahoga County; annual, sick, and holiday leave; Ohio Public Employees Retirement System)
Job SummaryThe Part‑Time Urban Technician is responsible for day‑to‑day inspections of active construction sites and post‑construction stormwater features, and associated compliance reporting. Urban Technicians represent Cuyahoga SWCD in assisting partner communities with regulatory requirements related to stormwater pollution prevention under Ohio’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program.
