The City of Cleveland is seeking a Right of Way Inspector and Enforcement Manager to oversee right-of-way permitting and enforcement inspectors and ensure compliant installation, maintenance, and restoration within the City’s public rights-of-way. You will coordinate with code enforcement to prioritize 311 requests and sidewalk concerns, manage workloads, and review key reports.
A Bachelor's degree and five years of supervisory experience are required.
