Certification Details
- BLS
- License/Certificate Verification
- Rotating day/night 3x12 OR 4x12 hour shifts

- BLS - Required for clinical positions
- License/Certificate Verification - Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
- MMR - Positive MMR titers ONLY from within the last 15 years.
- Fit Test - Completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
- Hepatitis B - Proof of full Hepatitis B series or signed declination.
- Tdap - Proof of vaccination within past 10 years, declinations not accepted.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - 2-Step TB test with negative reads within the last 6 months.
