Riveon Mental Health and Recovery is a leader in behavioral health services. We provide integrated care to adults, adolescents, and children through prevention, treatment, and advocacy. We are currently recruiting a Day Treatment Addiction Counselor for our Cuyahoga County Wellness Center in Middleburg Heights.

• Screen, assess, and develop treatment plans for clients in the 5‑day Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis counseling services.
• Coordinate with Residential and Recovery Housing programs and maintain client caseload oversight.
• Complete daily progress notes, CQI data collection, and participate in Utilization Review and Peer Review programs.
• Engage families and maintain communication with referral sources.

• Associate Degree or progress toward an Associate Degree with emphasis on Addictions Treatment and Prevention;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• LCDCII, LPC, LSW, or higher credential required; CDCA credential with eligibility to upgrade within 6 months may be considered.
• Minimal local travel;
  Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday daytime shift.
• Salary commensurate with licensure and experience.
