We are advertising as a 1099 contract position. The role will cover 16‑20 hours per week in Norwalk, Ohio and 20‑24 hours per week in Berea, Ohio – together a full‑time role.

$38.00/hr - $42.00/hr

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team. LTC experience is preferred but we are willing to train.

• Provide ongoing nutrition support to staff and residents
• Complete new admission comprehensive nutrition assessments after reviewing documents and speaking with resident, family and the healthcare team
• Implement dietary care plans
• Survey assistance
• Provide nutrition consultation to residents, staff and families on nutrition principles, diet modifications and any risks/concerns
• Inspect kitchen and dietary service areas to ensure compliance with food code regulations
• Ensure prescribed diets are followed and meet daily nutrition requirements, including therapeutic and texture modifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or with members of the healthcare team
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and/or their families
• Registered with CDR
• Long‑Term Care experience preferred with comprehensive knowledge of Section K on MDS
• Experience completing resident/patient assessments and care plans preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal guidelines
