Manager, Revenue Cycle

We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement, reduce denials, and improve cash flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and clinical departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor revenue cycle staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions to support revenue cycle functions.
• Prepare reports and present financial performance metrics to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of billing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and payer regulations.
• Experience with revenue cycle systems and tools (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
