Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in a specific geographic territory
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Execute territory sales strategies and identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success

    Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and support for product promotion
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance policies in all activities
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
  • 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales experience desired; experience in psychiatry or neurology preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated results‑oriented approach with high ethical standards
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
