- Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in a specific geographic territory

- Execute territory sales strategies and identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and support for product promotion - Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance policies in all activities
- BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales experience desired; experience in psychiatry or neurology preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated results‑oriented approach with high ethical standards
- Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
