Join Connections in Ohio Inc as a Direct Support Professional and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• DSP $17.75 per hour – no experience needed.
• 2nd shift (3–11 p.m.) $18.75 per hour.
• DSP Float $19.75 per hour – experience preferred.
• 2nd shift float (3–11 p.m.) $20.75 per hour.

Weekly orientations and PAID training are provided.

Working alongside individuals to help with daily living needs and support them in achieving personal goals.

• Assist individuals with achieving personal goals, such as learning to cook a favorite meal.
• Transport individuals to community outings (e.g., zoo, movies, grocery store).
• Prepare meals.
• Help with household cleaning.
• Accompany to medical appointments.
• Administer medication.

Part‑time and full‑time positions are available, with shifts on weekdays and at least one weekend day required. Shifts may include 1st (7 a.m.–11 p.m.), 2nd (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), and 3rd (3 p.m.–8:30 a.m.).

• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license (4 points or less).
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – PAID TRAINING FOR ALL CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED.
