We are seeking a warm, creative, and energetic Activity Assistant to join a close-knit team of caregivers. In this role, you’ll help plan, organize, and lead fun, meaningful activities that spark smiles, encourage social connections, and enhance the overall well‑being of our residents. From games and crafts to music, outings, and celebrations—you’ll be at the heart of making every day brighter.

• Assist with organizing and leading a variety of engaging activities for residents.
• Build connections by learning residents’ interests and tailoring activities to suit them.
• Support and motivate residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities in a positive, inclusive way.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred, but not required.
• Creative, outgoing, and able to motivate and engage residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with individuals of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
