Travel RN - Med​/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Position is in a Med/Surg Tele unit at a hospital setting,

• Work schedule is 3x12 hour shifts with day/night rotation (7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am); shifts may rotate to meet operational needs,

• Assignment length is 13 weeks,

• Required to work at least every other holiday,

• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments must be completed during orientation,

Job Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license in hand,

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required,

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required before travel assignments,

• Current certifications: AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS,

Additional Information

• Travelers must not work more than 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location and must wait 6 months before returning,

• Candidates will use Qualivis - Lotus for submitting hours worked,

• Holiday coverage is required for at least every other holiday,

• Testing on ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate will occur during orientation and must be passed,
