Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Position Job Summary
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in South / Parma–Strongsville. As a BCBA Hybrid Position, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients
- Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of program goals and objectives
- Stay current with best practices and evidence‑based interventions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA Certification: Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
- Master's Degree: Must hold a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Educational Psychology)
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities preferred
- Licensure: Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio (if applicable)
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience and certification)
