Regional Director of Operations

Care Core Health is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cleveland, OH region.

As the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll serve as a key leadership figure, responsible for:

• Providing strategic oversight and guidance to facility administrators
• Ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across assigned locations
• Driving quality care outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team engagement
• Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives
• Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Travel within your region is required
