Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients in an acute care setting

• Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and therapies including oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications

• Manage and monitor patients on invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation

• Assist with airway management and respond to codes and rapid response events

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

• Accurately document respiratory care and patient responses per facility policy

• Float to other affiliated facilities as needed

• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist

• Acute care hospital experience required

• Strong knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory modalities

• Ability to work independently on night shifts in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and adaptable to floating and varying patient care needs

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

• NBRC Certification – National Board for Respiratory Care (active and in hand)

• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA, active)

• Ohio Respiratory Care License (active and in hand)
