Description
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Assist hospital staff with navigating workflows within the platform.
- Provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.
- Understand medical terminology to communicate with hospital systems.
- Understand the workflows of Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) and Operating Rooms (OR) to better assist customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and processes.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
