McGregor is seeking a House Supervisor / Care Associate / STNA to provide hands-on leadership and support to our Assisted Living team. This position combines resident care, staff supervision, quality oversight, and team leadership to help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centered care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced STNA who enjoys supporting others, leading a team, and creating a positive environment for residents and employees.

• Supervise, support, and evaluate Care Associates/STNAs and provide direction as needed.
• Oversee daily resident care and address concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, assignments, and shift coverage in collaboration with the Director of Resident Services.
• Orient and support new employees and help ensure required training and education are completed.
• Monitor resident care, staff performance, service quality, and unit operations.
• Promote and support Resident Rights and person-centered care practices.
• Receive and provide shift reports, ensuring important resident information is communicated for appropriate follow-up.
• Recognize changes in residents' conditions and promptly notify the appropriate supervisor or Director.
• Recommend corrective or disciplinary action when appropriate.
• Follow all McGregor policies and procedures, including infection prevention, safety, and resident-care standards.
• Assist with interpreting and implementing department and organizational policies.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services, and committee meetings as assigned.
• Provide direct resident care when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, and support to Care Associates/STNAs.
