Regional Director of Clinical ServicesNow expanding into the Ohio market, we are growing our reach and building strong teams to support our newest communities. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape clinical practices, develop community leaders, and advance our commitment to exceptional resident care as we grow.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services to support clinical teams across multiple communities. In this visible leadership role, you will mentor Directors of Nursing & Wellness, strengthen clinical practices, and partner with Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality resident care.

Your Impact- Develop clinical leaders:
Coach and mentor Directors of Nursing & Wellness, building their confidence, knowledge, and leadership effectiveness. - Strengthen resident care:
Provide clinical direction, training, and support to promote safe, consistent nursing services. - Monitor quality:
Conduct regular community visits and clinical audits, identify concerns, and guide teams through improvement plans. - Support regulatory readiness:
Help communities maintain compliance with company standards and applicable state regulations, prepare for surveys, and address findings. - Manage clinical risk:
Review quality indicators, recognize emerging concerns, and support timely resolution. - Lead specialized training:
Oversee and facilitate the QMA Insulin Administration Program. - Partner with Operations:
Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations to address community needs and strengthen clinical performance.
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- At least two years of experience in a regional clinical leadership role; assisted living experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical leaders.
- Sound clinical judgment and the ability to translate findings into practical action plans.
- Clear communication skills and confidence providing constructive feedback.
- A collaborative approach and strong follow-through.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications and required TB screening.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel regularly to assigned communities, including overnight travel.
