This is a full-time, on-site In Home Caregiver role based in Cleveland, OH, providing direct support to clients in their residences. The In Home Caregiver will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support, following each client’s care plan. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders (as allowed by policy), and support with errands or appointments.

The role involves monitoring clients’ well-being, observing and reporting changes in condition, and promoting a safe home environment. The caregiver will also offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to help reduce isolation and enhance quality of life, while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Candidates should possess strong Caregiving and Elder Care skills, with a genuine commitment to supporting older adults with compassion and respect.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Candidates should have experience or interest in Home Care settings, including working in clients’ homes and following individualized care plans.
• Candidates should be able to provide safe and dignified Personal Care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Additional qualifications:
  
  reliability and punctuality; ability to lift and assist clients safely; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred; willingness to pass background checks and any required health screenings; previous caregiving experience or relevant training (such as HHA, STNA, or CNA) is a plus.
