The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, service, and product quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee systems management, cost controls, and overall profitability, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conduct room inspections and oversee recruitment, interviewing, and training of team members.
