• Valet Parking Attendant – Metro Health Medical Center, Main Campus
• Starting pay $15 per hour plus cash tips daily
• Shift: 2nd Shift (various shift options available)
• No experience needed

Hourly base pay $15 with tips ranging from $6 to $9 per hour.

Weekdays, weekends, holidays. All shifts available.

• Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. They park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with luggage.

• Maintains pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor – 25%
• Uses salutation and phone etiquette – 10%
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services – 20%
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations – 10%
• Explains parking rates, issues claim checks, maintains ticket information, calculates revenue – 35%

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment
• One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of customer and personal services principles
• Basic literacy and numerical skills; manual transmission desired for parallel parking
