Food Safety Supervisor, Progressive Field

The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring for seasonal Food Safety Supervisors to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products at Progressive Field. You will help ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

What will you do?

• Oversee the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training team members, and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event
• Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment

More about you

• No college degree required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the food safety industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
