The cleanliness of our hotel is crucial to guest satisfaction. As a housekeeper, you will create a memorable experience by attending to details and maintaining guest rooms, contributing to the “Heart of the House.”

Experienced housekeepers may grow into supervisory or management positions such as Housekeeping Supervisors or Managers.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following Green Program standards
• Practice safety standards; report hazards (broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, etc.)
• Respect guests’ property at all times
• Responsible care of equipment
• Report to work on time, maintain accurate time records, and follow proper room issuance standards
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat and pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Effective communication
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Physical ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners and high places; operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, etc.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs

$14.50 per hour. Actual compensation packages vary with skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
