Beverage Server – JACK ENTERTAINMENT

Serve guests at our public beverage outlets, service bars, and casino cocktail service with prompt, friendly, and courteous service.

Starting at $6.24/hr + tips.

• Monitor day‑to‑day team member/guest interactions in the Beverage Department.
• Provide excellent service to guests in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Build relationships with guests to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality service standards throughout the department.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding beverage service and take action to resolve them.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Beverage Manager.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.

• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods (up to 4 hours).
• Remain calm and make rational decisions during employee conflicts.
• Navigate the property including stairs (minimum 20 steps) or escalators.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; perform physical actions such as push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and stoop.
• Respond to visual and aural cues; operate a computer and office equipment with manual dexterity.
• Tolerate dust, loud noises, and bright lights.
• Work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and obstacles.
• Speak distinctly and persuasively.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English professionally.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months prior beverage experience.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Must be 21 years of age.
