Food Safety Supervisor, Progressive Field

Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Food Safety Supervisors for Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products and ensure all food safety procedures are followed to keep our team members and guests safe.

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour

• Oversee the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training team members, and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event.
• Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment.

• No college degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the food safety industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Standing and walking for long periods of time.

Events, Holidays, OT as needed.
