The Cleveland Orchestra is looking for energetic, service-minded individuals to fill various positions on the Hospitality Team for concerts and events at Severance Music Center.

These seasonal, part-time positions average 5-15 hours per week based on availability.

• Prepare, serve, and distribute food in assigned hospitality locations.
• Perform assigned hospitality functions, which may include food preparation, food service, dishwashing, inventory handling, or event support activities based on operational needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas before, during, and after events.
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures to support efficient event operations.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and responsive service that contributes to a positive guest experience.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate service concerns or operational issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and event personnel to ensure smooth service delivery and successful event execution.

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or catering environments
