HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

• Recruitment and Onboarding
  :
  Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.

• Employee Relations
  :
  Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

• Benefits Administration
  :
  Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence management.

• Performance Management
  :
  Coordinate performance evaluation processes, assist managers with employee assessments, and implement training and development programs.

• Policy Implementation
  :
  Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Data Management
  :
  Maintain accurate employee records and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

• Education
  : A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Experience
  : 3‑4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.

• Skills
  :
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
