Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist
Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will oversee all company recruitment & selection functions and job placement, ensuring candidates fit the company culture and role specificity. This role reports directly to the Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities- Full scope recruitment efforts from sourcing, screening, testing, background checks, offer acceptance, onboarding, and orientation for all assigned positions.
- Execute recruitment and sourcing activities including direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, trade and industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, active resume database searches, employee referrals, and outreach to appropriate organizations.
- Prescreen and schedule candidates for program and company fit, salary expectations, eligibility, etc.
- Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Enter, track and update all candidate correspondence in the Recruitment module of the HRIS to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Establish and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment plans and employee development programs.
- Create and maintain current job descriptions.
- Data entry of new hires, employee discipline, employee status changes into HRIS.
- Support development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives such as policies and procedures and HRIS improvements.
- Coordinate and attend industry expos, campus visits and university recruitment events.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline.
- 2-4 years' experience in HR related field with exposure to all facets of the field; a combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, presentation, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with all levels.
- Able to independently use MS Office products and other technology including social media.
- Able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment; self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet targets, work within milestones.
- Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalism.
- Must possess passionate attention to detail.
