HR Admin

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to support a busy human resources team in Cleveland, Ohio. This Contract position will focus on bringing structure to employee records, assisting with administrative HR tasks, and ensuring documentation is accurately organized and maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information in an onsite office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and sort employee records, HR files, and related documentation to improve departmental efficiency.

- Enter and update personnel data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Scan, upload, and maintain I-9 forms, payroll-related documents, and other sensitive employee records.

- Assist with restoring order to HR materials and files as office spaces are rearranged and reorganized.

- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities, including document management and record retention.

- Review files for completeness and help ensure required forms and supporting documents are properly stored.

- Provide general administrative support to the human resources function as needed during the assignment. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or human resources administration.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

- Experience with data entry, document scanning, and electronic file maintenance.

- Comfortable using basic computer applications; familiarity with Paycom is helpful.

- Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio for the duration of the contract assignment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and keep records well structured.

- Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, background checks, or related HR processes is a plus. Talent Match®
