We are seeking a motivated, analytical professional to join our Cleveland office as a Staffing & Operations Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with data, technology, recruiting, and business operations.

This role will support multiple areas of our business by maintaining data integrity, analyzing recruiting and operational metrics, supporting sourcing initiatives, and assisting our recruiting and operations teams. As you grow within the organization, you'll have opportunities to expand into recruiting, operations, HR, marketing, or business support functions.

• Analyze and maintain recruiting and operational data within our ATS
• Perform data entry, auditing, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy
• Utilize Excel to create reports, identify trends, and support business decision-making
• Manage and support activities within a portal/platform
• Assist recruiters with candidate pipeline management and database organization
• Support general HR, recruiting, and administrative functions
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor recruiting and operational performance
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiencies
• Assist with special projects across recruiting, operations, marketing, and business development

• Working knowledge of the Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, etc.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internship in business, operations, recruiting, HR, marketing, or data analysis
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software
• Experience using workforce management platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
