** About the Role*
* We are seeking a People Soft Data Entry Specialist to support a large public university in Cleveland. This role sits within a busy HR department that supports a diverse employee population across academic and administrative functions.

This is a great fit for someone with strong administrative or data entry experience who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and is interested in gaining exposure to HR operations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Enter and update employee information in the HR system with a high degree of accuracy

+ Review and process employee data, including personal, job, and payroll-related information

+ Perform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

+ Maintain employee files and assist with general administrative tasks

+ Support I-9 tracking and documentation processes

+ Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer-focused support

+ Assist with reports and other HR-related tasks as needed

** Qualifications*
* + 3+ years of strong data entry experience (HR experience a plus)

+ People Soft experience is preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
