Flexjet, a leader in fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking an experienced and creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to join our Advertising and Development team. This role will focus on enhancing the user experience and visual consistency across our digital marketing assets—including display ads, video ads, RRM, websites, landing pages, email templates, and promotional content. This role blends creative design with front-end development skills to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, able to translate wireframes into responsive code, and collaborate across design and development teams to ensure consistency and usability

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Use analytics and feedback to iterate on UI/UX improvements.
• Document UI patterns, technical decisions, and design rationale.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong coding skills in modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control (Git) and agile workflows.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and conversion optimization.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion/interaction design (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, 3JS).
• Knowledge of performance optimization for web applications.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (Prismic, Word Press) or headless architectures.
• Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Datadog).
