This is a full‑time remote role for a Field Service Specialist at Lake Business Products. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to our clients. They will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

$45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

• Main job responsibility is to resolve all problem equipment in an assigned territory in an expedient manner.
• Must properly inspect, program and clean equipment.
• Responsible for car inventory, keeping it stocked and up to date with regularly needed parts.
• Responsible for tracking daily mileage and properly documenting calls.
• Responsible for meeting industry benchmarks on call efficiency, etc.
• Must have reliable auto and be willing to drive to and from customer locations.
• WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON THAT POSSESSES COMPUTER AND NETWORKING SKILLS.
• Must be technologically savvy; computer proficiency is a must.
• Works well with other people.
• Works quickly to resolve problem equipment and reduce service related costs.
• Has ability and desire to learn new job‑related information.
• Displays professional conduct, along with excellent communication skills.
• Perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice.
• Maintains attention to detail.
• Proficient in installation processes or ability to learn and understand through manuals and written instruction.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized car inventory of parts.
