About the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven Web Analyst with strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 and dashboard development to transform web data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you'll support critical business decisions by analyzing user behavior, performance trends, and digital experience metrics, and by visualizing your findings through compelling dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and others.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including traffic sources, user engagement, conversion paths, and attribution.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, visually engaging reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize conversions and enhance the overall user experience.
- Ensure accurate data tracking and implementation through Google Tag Manager or Adobe Tag Manager; troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital performance analysis, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics best practices.
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL, Big Query, or similar data querying tools is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a plus.
- Understanding of eCommerce, funnel analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams, UX designers, or digital marketers.
- Knowledge of event tracking, custom dimensions/metrics, and user journey mapping.
