Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite – Cleveland, OH)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Junior Dev Ops Engineer
, you will support Dev Ops processes that enhance software delivery speed and reliability. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with up to 2 years of experience
, eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to maintaining and improving automation-driven web solutions in a global environment.

You will work closely with senior engineers to configure, implement automation, and support application deployments. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cloud environments, container orchestration, and continuous integration.

• Assist in automation
  , deployment
  , and cloud-based application support
  .
• Troubleshoot application, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain Linux systems
  , containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
• Support security compliance, monitoring, and system performance tuning
  .
• Document configurations, deployments, and best practices.
• Participate in 24x7 production support (as needed).

• 1+ years IT experience.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Linux, automation tools, scripting (Ruby, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Git Hub)
• Understanding of networking (DNS, TCP/IP) and containerization

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to security tools (SAST, DAST, WAF) and Agile practices
