• At least 12 years of experience in software development, specifically in application development and Master data management domains.
• Lead development team and have strong technical skills in integration technologies, APIs, and web services.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to the team by conducting code reviews.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level architecture (preferably both on-prem and cloud).
• Apply agile methodologies and follow the SDLC.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in Customer Master Data Management, hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL and expertise in technology integration and designing interfaces between systems.
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and Azure.
• Experience in solutioning and developing MDM platforms using Informatica MDM or Semarchy or any other MDM platforms.
• Expertise in workflow design, configuration, data management through Informatica IDMC.
• Certifications:
  
  Azure certifications and Informatica MDM Certification.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field and at least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing and supporting Customer Master Data Management technologies.
