• 5+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics; strong AI/ML fundamentals.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and credibly, and create executive‑level presentations.
• A deep understanding of ethical AI principles and best practices.
• AI/ML/analytics experience in a highly‑regulated industry (healthcare, finance, energy, defense).
• Expertise in change management processes and a deep appreciation for its value in enterprise solution adoption.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to scope AI opportunities, translate business challenges into practical AI use‑cases, and define measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand priorities, identify risks, and align AI solutions to business goals.
• Advise on solution design choices – balancing innovation, usability, and risk management to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption.
• Build and refine AI strategy materials including pitch decks, business cases, and roadmaps that clearly articulate value, ROI, and governance standards.
• Lead and support design thinking and process optimization efforts, helping organizations rethink how work gets done with AI.
• Educate and enable teams by contributing to workshops and trainings that demystify AI concepts and build confidence in new ways of working.

• Drive AI adoption by turning business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Build trusted partnerships across business and technical teams.
• Establish scalable AI frameworks that make solutions practical and repeatable.
