We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our enterprise shared service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced Dev Ops tooling and solutions to support the development, operations, and business users across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in the system to streamline processes, enhance automation, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dev Ops practices, cloud technologies, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain Dev Ops tooling, infrastructure, and pipelines to support CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and service issues.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Dev Ops tools and infrastructure.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders on Dev Ops best practices.
- Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures for Dev Ops within the enterprise.
- Work with business users to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to solve highly complex issue or create highly complex solutions independently.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Dev Ops tools and processes.
- Participate in on‑call rotations to provide support for critical incidents and issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our Dev Ops practices.
- Associate's degree and 7 years of related work experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience OR
- Master’s degree and 3 years of related work experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Dev Ops practices in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Profound understanding of Dev Ops principles and practice.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Lab).
- Strong proficiency in configuration management tools and practices.
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in AWS cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Search).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Atlassian suite experience is a plus.
- Understanding of security practices and compliance requirements in a Dev Ops environment.

The expected starting salary range for the Senior Dev Ops Engineer is between $108,500 and $149,200 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
