Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the development of our core platforms. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our systems are scalable
, resilient
, and maintainable
. This is a hands-on architectural role where you'll influence our technology roadmap and mentor development teams.

What You’ll Do

• Define the overall architecture for new and existing software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stack choices
  , architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture), and development frameworks.
• Create architectural documentation and diagrams to communicate complex designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them through design decisions and complex implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers and other architects to translate business needs into robust, secure, and performant technical solutions
  .
• Create Proof of Concept and Example projects to demonstrate new technologies to the engineering team.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for a seasoned architect with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including several years in an architectural capacity.

• Deep expertise in one of the following server-side languages/platforms:
  Java (required) or .NET (C#).
• Proven experience with modern web application frameworks
  , specifically with Spring MVC
  , PHP
  , or JSP/Servlets
  .
• Demonstrable experience building modern Single-Page Applications (SPAs) using contemporary frontend libraries/frameworks such as React or VUE (Vue.js).
• Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of database technologies
  , both relational (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and No
  
  SQL (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ).
• Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP Top 10) and performance testing tools.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
