Position Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

• Implementation & Optimization: Lead configuration, customization, and integration of Service Now modules to enhance system performance and business processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize workflows and portfolio operations to drive efficiency and value.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best practices in Service Now development and administration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and IT leaders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.

• Extensive expertise with Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SACM, CSDM, HRSD, and SPM
• Solid understanding of workflow automation, Flow Designer, and compliance frameworks (ISO/NIST)

• Experience with cloud-based computing environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong complex problem-solving capabilities

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (preferred)
